Put on a record in Apple Music and Sleevenotes tells you who is on it — the tenor player, the drummer, the date, the room. The things a gatefold sleeve used to tell you and a streaming app does not.
It is an iPhone app, and it is in testing. There is nothing to download here yet.

Chiefly from the Discogs data dumps, which Discogs releases into the public domain, with dates and biographies from Wikidata and Wikipedia. Where the app is unsure, it says so rather than guessing — a card will tell you when a musician is credited to the album but not confirmed for the track you are playing.
